Delivery
Delivery time is normally around 7-14 working days.
All lamps come with free shipping unless otherwise stated. We use a third-party supplier, such as DHL or FedEx. All delivery times listed are estimates.

Availability
The Italian Edition offers items subject to availability. If the ordered goods are not available for any reason, you will be offered an alternative or receive a full refund.

Right of withdrawal
14 days full right of return on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or specified in your order. Items purchased at a discount or on sale or made to order are not returnable. The 14-day period begins on the day the order is delivered. You pay any return costs yourself and all packages must be trackable. Requests for returns must be notified to us no later than 14 days after delivery and received by us no later than 10 days after we have been informed of your exercise of the right of withdrawal. The request for use of the right of withdrawal must be sent via e-mail to ciao@theitalianedition.se. The message must clearly indicate your desire to use the right of withdrawal. B2B sales are non-refundable.

Prices
Current prices, fees and shipping costs are always stated at www.theitalianedition.se. Subject to typographical errors. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, prices and shipping costs. In the event that goods are listed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors, or errors in pricing information from our suppliers, we have the right to refuse or cancel orders. This even if the order has been confirmed. We will refund the full amount.

For orders outside Sweden, contact ciao@theitalianedition.se for shipping costs. Please note that if you place an order for delivery outside Sweden, import charges may apply.
